**JOB DESCRIPTION - Customer Relationship Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- To handle digital marketing activities in coordination with marketing agency.
- Will be responsible for managing the social media handles.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of our call center
- Resolve all concerns associated with our customers.

**Skills required**:

- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills
- English fluency will be an advantage
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Good educational and social background, preferable from Trivandrum City region

**Job Type**: Full time, Permanent

**Salary**: Rs.15,000/
- **Education**: Graduation minimum

**Experience**: 2 year’s experience in similar capacity

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
