**Customer Relationship Executive**(Female)

**Location**: Kakanad, Kerala

**Salary**: ₹13,000 - ₹16,000 per month

**Experience**: 0 to 1 year

**Working Hours**: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services and assist customers in resolving any issues.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and resolve any post-service issues.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Collaborate with other teams (sales, technical, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to customer service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work the shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
