You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and identifying potential shortages. Regular stock checks and audits will be conducted to ensure inventory records match physical stock. Implementation of efficient storage and retrieval systems to optimize space utilization and ensure materials are easily accessible will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the receipt of materials and ensure proper documentation and storage - Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages - Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory records match physical stock - Implement efficient storage and retrieval systems to optimize space utilization and ensure materials are easily accessible Qualifications Required: - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in the MS Office Suite - Ability to manage and maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment - Accuracy in recording transactions, inspecting materials, and maintaining inventory records Additional Details: This is a full-time position that offers health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund benefits.
