Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and safety-conscious Store Supervisor to manage the storage, handling, and distribution of chemicals and raw materials in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that inventory is maintained accurately, operations run efficiently, and all safety protocols are followed in compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of chemicals and raw materials, ensuring proper stock levels and organization.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Reporting & Audits: Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records of stock movements. Report discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Logistics: Coordinate timely delivery of materials to production lines and ensure safe loading/unloading of goods.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of chemical safety, inventory control, and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
