Job Description – Recruitment Trainee (Onsite)

Location: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida
Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Reports To: Founder / Recruitment Lead

We're expanding our onsite team in Noida and looking for a sharp, curious, and execution-focused individual to join as a Recruitment Trainee. This role is a great launchpad into the world of modern recruitment operations.

About the Role

This is your opportunity to kickstart a recruitment career from our office, with real-time exposure to the full hiring lifecycle. You'll be closely mentored by experienced recruiters and directly involved in active client assignments. If you're proactive, people-savvy, and eager to learn—this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across varied mandates

· Understand and interpret diverse client requirements

· Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, and creative outreach

· Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups

· Maintain candidates' trackers, and documentation accurately

· Support internal hiring drives and ongoing RPO projects

· Represent Recruiting Genie's values—Competence, Commitment, and Trust

Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Commerce, or related fields

· Fluent in English (written and spoken)

· Fast learner with basic MS Office and Google Forms proficiency

· Startup mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

· Comfortable with a 6-day onsite working schedule

· Open to occasional local travel for client meetings or hiring events

Compensation & Benefits

· Training Stipend (First 3 months): ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

· Full-Time CTC (Post Training): ₹2.80 – ₹3.60 LPA
