Job Summary:

Job Title: US Recruitment (Trainee)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as US Recruitment Trainee. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing:

  • Assist in identifying potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

  • Learn and apply basic Boolean search techniques.

  • Screening & Coordination:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and availability.

  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, B.Tech, or any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment concepts and eagerness to learn.

Location - Sector 126

Shift - Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM)
