Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Work Hours: US Shift 06:30 PM-03:30 AM (IST)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified technical professionals across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements from US clients or account managers.
  • Source potential candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule technical interviews.
  • Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability.
  • Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with various US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with implementation partners like HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc.
  • Knowledge of IT domains such as Cloud, DevOps, Java, Data Engineering, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Orwin).
  • Bachelors degree in IT or a related field (preferred).
