Good to Have Skills :

3 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects (WebI, IDT, Dashboards, Crystal Reports).
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with transportation-related datasets (fleet, routes, schedules, etc.).
Experience in SAP HANA, SAP BW, or other SAP data platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end report development.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on actionable transport and sustainability insights.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain SAP BO reports, dashboards, and universes that provide critical insights into rail transport KPIs, asset utilization, service reliability, passenger demand patterns, and sustainability metrics.
Collaborate with operations, planning, and sustainability teams to understand data needs and convert them into actionable, user-friendly BI solutions.
Design reporting models and data visualizations to track emissions, energy efficiency, route optimization, ticketing, maintenance schedules, and fleet performance.
Integrate data from SAP ERP, SAP HANA, SAP BW, and third-party transport systems.
Create and manage semantic layers using Information Design Tool (IDT) for reuse across the enterprise.
Ensure BO reporting aligns with sustainable transport goals and regulatory reporting standards.
Conduct data validation and quality checks, ensuring high levels of report accuracy and reliability.
Monitor report performance, implement tuning techniques, and troubleshoot issues independently.
Maintain technical documentation for reports, dashboards, and data flows.
