Qualification :
Any Graduate
Experience :
3-4 Years
Must Have Skills :
Ø Strong understanding of IT roles especially SAP and
other technologies (Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, etc.)
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and
experience using recruitment tools.
Good to Have Skills :
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in
a fast-paced work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities :
l Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process for
domestic (India) hiring.
l Understand client requirements and develop
appropriate sourcing strategies.
l Source candidates through various channels such
as job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn,
employee referrals, and internal database.
l Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews
, and assess technical and cultural fit.
l Coordinate interview schedules with clients
and ensure timely follow-ups.
l Maintain and update recruitment trackers,
reports, and databases.
l Handle salary negotiations and manage
offer rollouts.
l Ensure timely closure of open positions
with quality profiles.
l Build a strong pipeline of candidates
for recurring roles.
