Role & responsibilities

Appliance Segment - Development

1.Appliances customer visit. (Individual Customer Report & MRM)

  1. Meeting with Coated marketing. (MoM)

3.Execution with collaboration of JSWSCPL team.

4.Repository of relavant testing standards for appliance.(Report)

New Product Development & Product Extension

1.Organising Bi-monthly NPD & DCR reviews

  1. Attending the lab validations

  2. Attending field trials along with Sales & TS team.

4.Driving the New Product Development & Product Extensions for entire Coil Coatings - JSW, Non-JSW, Exports

5.Discussion with Sales, R&D and TS to understand the product requirement of customer and offer the optimised product

Business Development - VASP

1.Coordination with Coated marketing to enhance share of VASP.

  1. Meeting with Coated marketing along with Application Engineering Team. (Visit Report)

3.Conduction CFT meeting b/w JSWPL & JSWSCPL (MoM)

  1. Monthly Meeting with OEM, Export and Retail Marketing & BD team and push the sales of VASP

Key Account Management

  • Business Development- Development of Business with Color Coated Steel Manufacturers, Product approvals
  • Sales activities- Achievement of Sales Targets assigned, Increase of JSW Paints Share-of-business with given accounts
  • Collections & revenue- Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Revenue targets - Customer Engagement- Develop long-term business relationship with customers
  • Delivery Management- Optimize customer serviceability, Coordination with Plant logistics and Sales Planning team
  • Product Development- Development of various coil coating products with Color Coated Steel Manufacturers, including Product approvals
  • Value-engineering- On-going value engineering activities with active engagement of customers to improve coating efficiencies, line parameters etc.
  • Quality Complaints- Handling quality complaints, rejections

  • Hands-on experience in SAP would be preferred.

  • Travelling- Minimum 50% of the time
  • This role will position JSW Paints as a premium supplier of Coil Coatings
