Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Insurance Customer Service Representative, located in Bengaluru. Daily tasks will involve handling customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication related to health insurance products and services. The representative will also maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer experience to all clients.

  • Previous experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
