Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role (Field Sales) for an Insurance Sales Representative located in Bengaluru. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining various insurance policies, and helping clients choose the best insurance plans to meet their needs. Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospects, providing excellent customer service, negotiating policy terms, and managing a portfolio of clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Insurance Sales and Field Sales
  • Experience in providing Customer Service and handling Insurance tasks
  • Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
