Your goal will be to provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing queries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. You'll need to develop a deep understanding of our product, systems, and processes, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.

You'll also collaborate with internal and external teams to drive quick resolution of customer issues and maintain 100% customer retention through extraordinary service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Meet response time targets for customer queries
  • Collaborate with insurance partners for resolution or clarification
  • Drive customer retention through exceptional experience delivery
