Business Development Opportunity: Corporate Health Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to spearhead the sales of Group Medical Cover policies to corporate clients.

About the Role:
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new corporate leads for Group Health Insurance (GHC) policies.
  • Develop and manage relationships with HR directors, CXOs, and decision-makers of target companies.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate policy terms and pricing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in selling insurance or financial products to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and premium targets.
  2. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
  3. Ensure end-to-end smooth onboarding of clients, including documentation, policy issuance, and post-sale service.

Additional responsibilities include up-selling and cross-selling other General Insurance products and OPD services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 2-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Candidates should possess strong business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is also required. A strong existing network with corporate HR teams or admin heads is highly desirable.
