As a Sky Service Card Retention Relationship Manager, you will be a key player in our Contact Centre Inbound team. Your primary objective is to foster strong connections with our credit card customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, offering personalized solutions.
  • Handle inbound calls efficiently, providing accurate information on credit card services.
  • Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell bank products to existing customers, enhancing their engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Sky Service team to develop and execute effective retention strategies.
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance our retention approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on targeted retention campaigns.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with bank policies.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, especially in banking.
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building customer trust.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage high customer interaction volumes independently.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, as needed.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn about new banking products and services.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi for effective communication.
