Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Warehouse Coordinator. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily shipping and receiving operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials, and coordinating logistics. The role will require maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment and effectively communicating with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

1.Inventory & Stock Management

· Monitor daily stock levels of raw materials, gift items, packaging materials, and finished hampers.

· Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

· Ensure timely replenishment of frequently used gifting items and packaging supplies.

2. Inward & Outward Coordination

· Manage receipt of goods from vendors and verify quantity & quality.

· Coordinate dispatch of orders as per client timelines and ensure accurate documentation.

· Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery notes, dispatch sheets and stock movement reports.

3.Damage Management

· Record all damages in the system for materials received from vendors.

· Notify vendors about damages within 24 hours of receipt.

· Track and coordinate with vendors for replacement of damaged products.

4.Quality Coordination

· Collaborate with the Quality Checking Team for inspection of incoming materials.

· Report and escalate non-compliant materials to ensure timely resolution.

5.Product Master Data Management

· Create new SKU codes for newly launched products.

· Update vendor details and maintain records of all new samples received.

6. Vendor Communication & Coordination

· Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of gifting materials.

· Work with logistics partners for dispatch follow-ups, delivery status, and documentation.

7. Reporting & Documentation

· Maintain inward/outward register, damage reports, and consumption sheets.

· Share daily/weekly stock reports with the Operations Manager.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

· Strong coordination and follow-up skills

· Effective written and verbal communication

· High attention to detail with accuracy in documentation

· Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory processes

· Good organizational and time-management abilities

· Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications

· Graduate in any discipline

· –3 years of experience in warehouse operations preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
