Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Supply Chain & Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills, and be eager to learn about logistics, procurement, and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Coordination:
  Collaborate with our 3rd-party warehouse partners to manage inventory flow efficiently.
• Transport & Courier Coordination:
  Work with logistics partners (Air, Road, Express, 3PL) to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Procurement & Inventory Management:
  Assist in procurement processes and support smooth inward and outward stock movements.
• Stock Tracking:
  Maintain accurate stock allocation, tracking, and location-based inventory control.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and submit weekly reports on inventory, stock movement, and warehouse performance.
• Vendor Management:
  Follow up with vendors to ensure material movement and timely order fulfillment.

Exposure to logistics, procurement, and warehouse operations will be an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in
  MS Office
  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong
  oral and written communication
  skills.
• Strong
  planning and
  time management
  .
• High
  attention to detail
  with a sense of urgency.
• Good
  interpersonal skills
  and a customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to
  travel
  as required.
