Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Warehouse Executive. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations including packing, maintaining inventory control, ensuring effective communication, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing warehouse management activities. The role requires efficient handling of goods and materials, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the warehouse.

Salary Range: upto 3 to 4.8 LPA

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager / Logistics Head
Key Responsibilities:
→ Supervise and manage inbound and outbound
operations
including
receiving, storage, dispatch, and delivery.
→ Maintain
accurate
stock levels and inventory records through
ERP or manual systems**
.

→ Ensure timely and error-free documentation for
GRN, invoices, gate passes,
and
dispatch challans.
→ Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile
physical
and
system inventories
.

→ Ensure compliance with
safety, hygiene,
and
housekeeping standards
within the warehouse premises.

→ Coordinate effectively with
vendors, transporters,
and
internal departments
for
smooth operations.
→ Monitor
manpower allocation
and
enhance team
productivity and discipline.

→
Optimize warehouse space
utilization and implement systematic storage practices.

→ Prepare and share periodic
MIS reports on stock movement
and
warehouse performance
.

→ Ensure adherence to company policies and
statutory norms (EHS, labor law, etc.).
Required Skills & Competencies:
→ Sound knowledge of
warehouse operations
and
inventory control.
→ Proficiency in
MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems
→
Strong organizational, analytical,
and
**problem-solving abilities.

→ Excellent coordination, documentation,
and
communication skills.
→ Understanding of warehousing
safety norms
and
compliance requirements.

Qualification & Experience:
→
Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics
or
equivalent.
→
2–5 years
of experience in
warehouse/logistics operations (preferably
in
FMCG, Manufacturing,
or
E-commerce sector).
