Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Sanidhya Sansar Ventures

Near It Park, Sehastradhara Road, Dehradun.

Duration: 2 Months.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support various human resources functions. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks. This position is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company website.
  • Help with screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare interview materials and assist with interview logistics.
  • Onboarding:
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials.
  • Assist in conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Records:
  • Help maintain and update employee records in the HR information system.
  • Assist with filing and organizing employee documents.
  • HR Administration:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with employee feedback surveys.
  • Address basic employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Help track and report on employee training and development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
