HR Manager (Junior Level)

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience)

Job Description:

The role requires someone who can manage day-to-day HR operations while also supporting overall office administration. You will be responsible for handling employee records, assisting in payroll, managing client and vendor coordination, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This position suits someone who is organised, confident with communication, and capable of taking responsibility early in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, leave registers, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs, process salaries, and generate EPFO and ESIC challans accurately.
  • Handle basic office administration: inventory management, stationery, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage client interactions when required, ensure timely communication, and maintain good relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support HR policies, office operations, and compliance activities.
  • Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.
  • Support management in implementing HR initiatives, employee engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality, discipline, and smooth workflow in the office.

Skills Required:

  • Basic to intermediate HR knowledge
  • Knowledge of EPFO challan, ESIC challan, and payroll processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software
  • Problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Ability to contribute to overall office functioning and support management

Must have completed MBA in HR from a reputed University

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
