We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Marketing Executives / Telecallers / Counsellors at our Midnapore Town branch. The ideal candidates will play a key role in promoting our educational programs, engaging with prospective students, and supporting overall institutional growth through effective communication and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing and branding activities to promote the institutions courses and programs.
  • Conduct telecalling to reach out to potential students and provide information regarding courses, admissions, and fees.
  • Assist in student counselling by guiding them through course selection, admission processes, and related queries.
  • Follow up with students and parents for fee collection and admission confirmations.
  • Coordinate and support local promotional campaigns, events, and workshops to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in an organized manner.
  • Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience for students.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve marketing outreach and student engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing background preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
  • Prior experience in the education sector or marketing will be an added advantage.
