Job Description Sales Representative Summary: We are looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Representative to spearhead market expansion across Debra,Medinipur. This field-based role centers on achieving aggressive sales targets through direct client engagement, consistent site visits, and active on-ground presence. The ideal candidate will cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders such as painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers, while ensuring operational excellence through accurate reporting and strategic business development. A valid two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory for daily field operations. The role demands a self-starter with a customer-first mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic and competitive environment. Responsibilities: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify new business opportunities and support project execution. Spend at least two hours daily on-site at retail locations to provide customer support and drive sales. Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to enhance coordination and performance. Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports through the designated online portal. Requirements Requirements: Valid two-wheeler and driving license (mandatory for field operations). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred. 6 months to 1 year of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP, Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants). Freshers or candidates from insurance or banking backgrounds with demonstrable sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Qualification: Min12th Passed. Graduation preferred. Experience: Preferably 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (AP/Akzo/Laminates/Ply/Electricals/Lubricants). However, fresh talents or from insurance or banking sector will also do.
