The Marketing Executives are responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within their assigned territory.

Role and responsibilities

  • The candidate should have adequate knowledge of marketing
  • Increase sales by using various marketing techniques
  • Customer Handling
  • Accompany the customer's on-site visits and make sure that the customer is briefed in detail about the project.
  • Should have knowledge of NA plot selling or any real estate sales experience.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls, and emails.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to handle customers efficiently
  • soft-spoken and polite.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
