**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the solar industry.
- **Campaign Development**: Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media) to promote solar solutions.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts that highlight the benefits of solar energy.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee social media accounts, develop strategies to increase engagement, and monitor performance metrics.
- **Event Planning**: Organize and participate in trade shows, community events, and promotional activities to showcase our solar products and educate potential customers.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer outreach.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to promote brand loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or solar sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in marketing software and CRM tools.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
