Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive UK Telecom Process

Location: [Gurgaon ] (On-site )

Shift Timing: UK Shift Salary: [33k] + Incentives

Experience Required: 3 months 2 years in any BPO any profile. Pilot Batch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to UK customers (B2C) from a provided database or lead list.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable telecom products and services.
  • Clearly explain product features, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services where applicable.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales professionally.
  • Follow compliance, quality, and data protection guidelines as per UK regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of experience required in any BPO, Customer service experience will also work.
  • Decent communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Willingness to work UK shifts.
