Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role will also involve meeting and exceeding sales targets, preparing reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to generate new leads. Building strong client relationships and demonstrating our value to potential clients is fundamental to this role.
Qualifications
- Sales skills: Prospecting, Negotiation, Deal Closing
- Client Relationship skills: Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
- Communication skills: Verbal and Written Communication, Presentation Skills
- Analytical skills: Market Analysis, Sales Reporting
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
