Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our e-commerce team, specializing in men's and women's footwear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Assist customers with order placement, payment issues, tracking, and returns/exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team for service improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer queries efficiently.
- A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of footwear brands, materials, and styles is a plus.
