Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage and build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for various construction and property management projects. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and project teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role also requires tracking market trends, delivering on sales targets, and representing the company at meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Client Relationship Development, and Business Development
- Understanding of the construction industry with experience in Project Management and Property Development
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, analyze data, and create actionable strategies
- Proficiency in business tools and CRM software
- Outstanding leadership and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Availability to work on-site and willingness to travel if necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
