Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Team Leader to head our showroom sales team. The role involves leading, motivating, and guiding the sales executives to achieve targets, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and represent the Ather brand with pride.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Train, motivate, and monitor team members to ensure consistent performance.
  • Drive showroom walk-ins, test rides, and lead conversions.
  • Act as the escalation point for customer queries and ensure a smooth sales journey.
  • Track sales funnel, maintain MIS reports, and share regular updates with management.
  • Ensure adherence to Ather showroom standards and customer engagement protocols.
  • Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to increase lead generation and follow-ups.
