Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with 10 to 20 years of industry experience and strong hands-on expertise in full-stack architecture, AI integration, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate must be an Engineering graduate with deep proficiency in technologies like Java, Python, Spring Boot, , , MongoDB, and MEAN stack. The role also demands strong cloud-native design and DevOps automation skills to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, design, and end-to-end development of scalable enterprise-grade applications.
  • Guide full-stack development using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Python, , , Angular, ReactJS, and MongoDB.
  • Architect and integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications where applicable.
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment strategies, and containerized environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, UI/UX) to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services while ensuring application security and compliance.
  • Ensure infrastructure as code (IaC), automated deployments, and system monitoring are effectively implemented.
  • Mentor engineering teams and promote coding standards, code reviews, and Agile best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering (mandatory)
  • 10–20 years of experience in software development, system design, and technical leadership
  • Strong background in application architecture and scalable systems design
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms and DevOps best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Prior experience in architecting SaaS, ERP, or complex enterprise systems
  • Experience with AI/ML integration into production environments
  • Passion for mentoring and growing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of secure coding, performance tuning, and fault tolerance

Job Type: Full-time
