Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Python.
  • Build Python scripts to support automation workflows and integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automation bots in production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and scripting.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
  • Experience with orchestrator setup and management.
  • Exposure to other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
