Process Associate- Client Support

About the Project:

We are currently hiring for a project related to the payment channel operations of an online gaming platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment coordination, user communication, and data management within the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a recruiter and management coordinator for the assigned project.

Connect with potential users/candidates through calls to explain project details and confirm their interest in joining.

Coordinate with the internal management team for onboarding and process alignment.

Manage and maintain user data in both online and offline sheets accurately.

Access project data through a remote desktop setup and update it as per instructions.

Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to the project lead or supervisor.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent coordination and follow-up ability.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets / Data Entry).

Ability to work independently with accountability and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Must have a laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity for remote work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
