Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding solar products and services.
  • Process customer orders and requests with accuracy, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales and installation teams to provide customers with updates on their orders.
  • Maintain customer records and databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting any issues related to solar installations and equipment.
  • Prepare and generate reports regarding customer feedback and project status.
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate any delays to management promptly.
  • Support the development of training materials and process documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and share customer insights.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on processes and customer interactions to ensure compliance.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, providing solutions and enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Assist in market research to identify trends and fulfill customer needs.
  • Contribute to the optimization of internal processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote solar energy solutions to potential customers.
  • Stay updated on solar industry trends, policies, and product offerings.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at understanding and interpreting technical information.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Previous experience in data entry or database management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Australian solar policies and regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
