You New Role:

• The Calypso Business Analyst will be part of our delivery team and will be responsible for working across all disciplines to enable.
• Work on the transformation projects working under R&C Sub Domain.
• This will require working with business stakeholders capturing and transforming the requirements to a Calypso adaptable solution using frameworks including new and existing tools, processes and practices that require integration into a regular delivery cycle.

What will you bring:

• At least 8-12 years' experience in Calypso Business Analyst.
• At least 2-3 years of experience driving projects on Calypso of significant size e.g Upgrade, Regulatory etc.
• Experience in delivery management using new & existing frameworks following best practices.
• Good communication skill, and experience managing multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
• Experience in Capital Markets business, products (IRD, FI & MM ) and systems.
• Calypso application knowledge and experience in FO area is preferable.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, documenting Calypso solution designs.
• Ability to analyze the business requirements and frame them in Calypso solution.
• Experience working with integrated teams including Product Owners, RTEs, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers & Support personnel to ensure systems are designed for testability.
• Experience in working on multiple modules of Calypso like but not limited to Workflow, Reporting, Pricing, Trade booking, Risk analysis, accounting, Messaging & settlements.
