What We Expect from You – Regional Sales Manager- Sales As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships in your designated region. You will lead the sales pipeline, manage outreach teams, identify opportunities, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. Your ability to understand client needs, pitch tailored solutions, and maintain high-quality communication will directly contribute to the organization's growth.. Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.Company: 

Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital services

Job Task Role:

● Build and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.

● Identify, generate, and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and market research.

● Conduct discovery calls, pitch company services, and present tailored proposals.

● Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.

● Negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams.

● Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

● Track competitor activities and share insights to strengthen sales positioning.

● Ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM for all leads and opportunities.

● Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for leadership review.

● Coordinate with operations, marketing, and leadership teams for client onboarding and pitch support.

● Guide and mentor inside sales or outreach team members to improve lead quality.

● Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and networking forums.

● Meet assigned KPIs related to revenue, lead quality, conversions, and client retention.

● Maintain a high level of product knowledge to communicate value effectively.

● Ensure high responsiveness and timely communication with all prospects and clients.
