Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Regional Head - Sales. The key responsibilities include developing and implementing regional sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role involves market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, driving business development efforts, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Head plays a pivotal role in aligning the region's sales initiatives with the company's overall mission and objectives.
Key Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales within the Travel & Tourism domain.
- Proven track record in handling B2B sales, with a strong network of travel agents, corporates, and partners.
- Experience in B2C sales including tour packages, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Ability to lead and manage regional teams, drive targets, and expand business operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Should be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
Responsibilities: Drive regional sales strategy for International & Domestic tour packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners and B2C customers.
- Manage regional sales teams and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved.
- Expand market presence and build a solid network across the travel ecosystem.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams for smooth business execution.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, with an ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Experience in team leadership and managing high-performing sales teams effectively to achieve targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to foster partnerships and maintain client satisfaction.
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, and planning skills to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis software to track performance and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Ability to adapt, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
