We are hiring a
Regional Head – KCP
to lead regional growth for a leading Mutual Fund/Wealth Management organization. This is a senior sales leadership role focused on scaling business through the
IFA channel
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive
    AUM growth, revenue, and market share
    across the assigned region
  • Lead, manage, and scale
    regional sales teams
  • Build, nurture, and expand strong IFA relationships and networks
  • Execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and compliance standards
  • Strengthen distributor engagement and partner satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in
    Mutual Fund / Wealth Management Sales
  • Strong exposure to IFA channel management
  • Proven track record in regional sales leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team-building skills
  • MBA / Postgraduate degree preferred
