Role & responsibilities
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients, manage their registration, and provide information about the hospital and its services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of doctor time.
- Billing and Payment: Assist with billing inquiries, collect payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient records, answer phones, and manage correspondence.
- Communication: Relay information between patients, doctors, and other departments.
- Problem Solving: Address patient concerns and complaints, escalating issues as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with minimum 1 - 4 years of experience in an NABH accredited hospitals (at least 200 bedded hospitals).
