Vedtam Tech Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager (Telecaller) to join our dynamic team
Location: Sector 69, Noida
Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT company background
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Pitch IT services and solutions effectively to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads consistently.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of telecalling/BDM experience in an IT company.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle client objections and close deals.
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
