Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to assess training needs and objectives.
  • Design comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different sales teams and skill levels.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support learning objectives.
  • Deliver Training Sessions:
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales teams, both in-person and virtually.
  • Facilitate workshops, role-playing exercises, and simulations to reinforce learning and skill development.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to improve performance.
  • Sales Process and Techniques:
  • Educate sales representatives on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Train teams on the company's sales process, CRM systems, and other tools to optimize sales performance.
  • Share best practices and real-world examples to illustrate key concepts and inspire success.
  • Product and Industry Knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, sales processes, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to tailor training content to different learning styles and skill levels.
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on driving performance improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and development
