About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Process & Sales Trainer for our client in 3 Wheeler Division, to train and support dealer sales teams across assigned dealerships. The role involves conducting product and sales process training, implementing standard sales practices, and helping dealerships improve productivity and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product and sales skills training for dealer sales executives (DSEs).
  • Deliver on-the-job training (OJT) and refreshers for existing dealer staff.
  • Conduct sales process implementation and audits (QLQD) at dealerships.
  • Facilitate new product launch training and sales process installation at new dealerships.
  • Demonstrate real-life sales scenarios during field visits.
  • Support dealers in hiring and skill assessment of sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate training records and dealer sales team database.
  • Ensure improvement in DSE productivity and sales process adherence.

  • Prepare daily reports of training

  • Prepare monthly reports and data analysis on training performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate or above (Engineering / Diploma preferred).

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience out of which minimum 2 years of training experience as a Sales Trainer in automobile industry.

  • Hands-on experience in automobile sales will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with field travel for approx days in a month and dealership visits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital training tools.
  • Male candidates preferred (as per client requirement).
