Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of the team of educators and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality instruction
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address the needs of learners
  • Organize professional development opportunities for staff to enhance teaching practices
  • Deliver training sessions to various educational institutions across the entire Tamil Nadu region and nearby areas. (This position involves frequent travel.)
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience is must.
  • Must have at least 3-4 years of experience as an IELTS trainer or teacher.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience in managing educational projects and teams
