By imparting critical skills to the youth, the program also boosts their employability. Minimum Eligibility Requirement

Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a master trainer or curriculum development capacity.

Job Description

• Design and develop comprehensive and engaging training modules, lesson plans, and curriculum for various skilling programs.
• Research and integrate the latest pedagogical techniques and industry best practices.
• Conduct "train-the-trainer" sessions to equip our team of trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge. Directly lead and facilitate training sessions for a diverse range of learners.
• Continuously evaluate and refine our teaching methods to ensure the highest quality of content delivery.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to trainers and project teams.
• Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all training content.
• Take ownership of training initiatives and provide guidance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
