Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Perform field visits to demonstrate product offerings and services.
Provide technical support and service to clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer
satisfaction.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer feedback.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate new business leads.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client project requirements are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Diploma or a related technical field.
Proven sales experience in the industrial sector, with a focus on capital equipment, machinery,
CNC Machinery, cutting tools, Moulds, Plastics, hardware tools, or industrial products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to forge strong, long-term relationships with senior executives.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in product
development and manufacturing.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and prospects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
