**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Qualifications**:Graduate in any stream (bachelor’s degree Preferred)

**Experience**:3to 5 Years

**Location**:Wagholi**,**Pune

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through existing clients, references, cold calls, and digital platforms
- Visit and engage with potential customers to understand their requirements
- Recommend suitable packaging machinery solutions with technical insights and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Resolve client complaints with support from the technical and service team
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
- Travel across India as and when required for meetings, demos, and exhibitions

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduate in any stream (bachelor’s degree Preferred)
- Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone
- Willingness for extensive travel across India
- 3-5 years of solid experience in industrial/technical sales
- Experience in packaging industries or technical sales is a plus

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Must be target-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
