
Field Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
**Job Description/ Responsibilities**:
- Develop a growth strategy for Enterprise / B2B sale focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Create and maintain records of sales, report, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hub spot) preferred
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
**Desired Skills**:
- Fresher or working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role (plus)
- Time management and planning skills
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Personal Accountability & Commitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team.
**Qualification**: Any Graduate / Post Graduate or relevant field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Contractual / Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹8,284.06 - ₹27,931.30 per month
