Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll be actively involved in promoting our products/services, generating leads, engaging customers, and contributing to our marketing strategies. You'll have the freedom to experiment, learn, and build your career foundation in a meaningful, fast-paced, and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies
- Identify and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media
- Support marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for team discussions
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas for growth
Who We're Looking For
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing principles (preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
