Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhan Mill Compound, Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for cultivating meaningful client relationships, ensuring an elevated and personalized shopping experience, and communicating the brand's story with warmth and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a refined, bespoke client experience while fostering long-term relationships.
- Represent KGL's heritage and design language with in-depth product and brand knowledge.
- Support sales operations, reporting, and clienteling with precision and care.
- Oversee inventory and ensure seamless coordination with the Head Office.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, grooming, and visual merchandising.
The ideal candidate possesses a background in luxury retail or high-end client service, demonstrating expertise in building meaningful client relationships and delivering results. A cultivated sense of style, impeccable communication, and a strong understanding of design and craftsmanship complete the profile.
