Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Provide on-field coaching and regular performance feedback.
- Manage team schedules, work allocation, and reviews.
- Conduct daily meetings to align on goals and strategies.
- Support the team in closing key client deals.
- Track sales performance and share reports with management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA/MBA preferred)
- 2 years sales experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Hindi & English
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections & build client relations
- Organized, self-motivated & independent
- CRM & reporting skills
- Valid driver's license & own vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
