Internship Role: Psychology Intern

As a Psychology Intern at CareerNaksha, you will work closely with our team of psychologists and career counselors to support various activities related to mental health, career guidance, assessments, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting psychometric assessments and analyzing results under supervision.
• Support the career counseling team in preparing personalized career reports.
• Research and develop content related to mental health, career psychology, and personality development.
• Participate in mock counseling sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Create awareness materials such as blogs, videos, infographics, and presentations on psychology-related topics.
• Assist in data collection and analysis for psychological research or case studies.
• Collaborate with the design and tech team to improve the user experience of psychology-based tools and services.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Applied Psychology preferred).
• Strong interest in career counseling, youth psychology, or educational psychology.
• Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with psychometric tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
